Food Industry Engineer – Tecsa Factory
Coordinates and ensures the entire production process in order to achieve the planned production, in accordance with the objectives and quality standards of the company.
Job description
- Develops new technologies or modernizes the existing ones, for the manufacture of food products;
- He collaborates with mechanical engineers and other specialized specialists in the installation and operation of the installations and machines for processing these products.
- Develops and improves technologies for the manufacture or preservation of food products.
- Coordinates and ensures the entire production process in order to achieve the planned production, in accordance with the objectives and quality standards of the company.
- Coordinates and ensures the rhythmic development of the production process, following the realization of the production in accordance with the plan required by sales. Establishes and follows the tradability of the products.
- Keep in constant contact with the IFS manager and the CTC laboratory.
- Complete the situations according to the IFS norms established at company level.
- Responsible for the on-time and high-quality completion of production tasks scheduled or received during the month, respecting the technological process;
- He is responsible for the application of the legal provisions in force and for compliance with internal regulations in the sector he coordinates
- Takes measures and is responsible for increasing work productivity;
