Biscuits cake

One of the most consumed cakes in Romania

Ingredients

  • 400 gr Petit Beurre TECSA biscuits
  • 150 gr TECSA bulk turkish delight
  • 100 gr walnut
  • 50 g raisins
  • 100 gr of butter
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • 3 spoons of cocoa
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of rum essence

Break the biscuits into larger pieces and put them in a bowl, cut the shit into cubes and chop the walnuts. Put the walnuts, the shit and the hydrated raisins on top of the biscuits in the bowl

We will mix the milk with the three spoons of cocoa, the three spoons of sugar and the butter and put it on the fire slowly until everything is diluted, chewing from time to time.

Remove the milk from the heat, add the essence and pour it over the ingredients in the bowl, mixing them well to penetrate the biscuits and homogenize everything.

We prepare two pieces of foil and spread half of the biscuit mixture, then we will roll them together with the foil, in the shape of salami.

Put the pieces of salami in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until it hardens and can be portioned nicely, then dust it with cocoa or coconut, according to your preferences.
